PCCP Tapping Sleeve Install Procedure Body of sleeve installed and grouted with technician beginning to chip away the outer layer of concrete. Pre-stressed wire bands removed, revealing smooth steel liner. Connecting tapping nozzle to body of sleeve creating seal on steel liner. Making tap to install toggle. Note toggle is used to aid in coupon retrieval. Toggle Installed Confirming pressure inside the main via toggle tap. Upon completion of toggling, tapping valve is installed. Installation complete & pressure tested. Make Tap. Tap completed with toggles & pilot bit retaining broken coupon. Concrete coupon. Steel Liner.
